COMPANY NEWS / RELEASE 03
New Ark launches ARC‑PERIMETER,
an acoustic-array network for layered low-altitude security.
Hong Kong New Ark Intelligent Technology Limited has introduced ARC‑PERIMETER, a microphone-array UAV-detection and fusion-network solution. Built on passive acoustic sensing and a safe-perimeter-first deployment principle, it provides a scalable reference for layered awareness, confirmation, and project-led coordination at high-hazard critical infrastructure.
RELEASE SUMMARY
Define the safe boundary first, then organise layered sensing and project validation.
ARC‑PERIMETER places sensing nodes preferentially in external safe-offset areas outside core hazardous zones, reducing the siting risk of placing transmitting equipment in high-risk process areas. Network scale, node configuration, coverage conditions, and interface responsibility remain subject to site conditions, written authority, and field validation; public figures are architecture references, not single-device performance promises.

NETWORK SCALE / 01
Expand from a single-site perimeter to cross-region federation through boundary responsibility.
Every network scale defines safe boundaries, node spacing, communications interfaces, and maintenance responsibility before sensing coordination is configured, supporting projects from single facilities to multi-region estates.
Single-site perimeter
Approx. 5 kmArray-based passive awareness reference at the external safe boundary.
Campus / corridor coordination
5–50 kmMulti-node aggregation of events, status, and maintenance information.
Regional network
50–500 kmTiered event assessment and interface-management reference across facilities.
Cross-region federation
Hundreds to thousands of kmStandardised links between regional networks while retaining responsibility boundaries.
SENSING CHAIN / 02
A four-layer sensing chain with passive acoustics as the perimeter input.
Passive acoustic-array network
Acquires acoustic signals from external-perimeter nodes as a passive input for UAV sound-source discovery and location assessment.
EO/IR corroboration
Provides identification, tracking, and cross-confirmation reference within defined fields of view and mounting conditions.
Compliant RF / radar complement
Connects RF, radar, and other information sources by project conditions to form a complementary sensing layer.
Project command platform
Aggregates multi-node and cross-region event assessment under defined data permissions, alert rules, and responsibility boundaries.
LAYERED PERIMETER / 03
Three outer-perimeter references, all located beyond the safety isolation boundary.
Outer-layer configurations are evaluation references for authorised projects. Any controlled-response-related arrangement remains subject to spectrum, airspace, site, personnel-qualification, and written-validation conditions.
First fixed outer layer
10 km / 360°Reference for passive RF monitoring, protocol analysis, and high-speed FPV risk-alerting at fixed nodes; the system provides tiered alerts and requires human authority for any further controlled function.
Second vehicle coordination layer
7–8 km / 500 m–1 kmA mobile supplementary project reference for fibre-optic UAV or multi-target scenarios; fit, siting, and authority remain subject to field review.
Third vehicle coordination layer
5–6 km / 2–3 kmA project-platform reference for fixed-wing UAV scenarios and temporary missions, discussed only after airspace, site, safety, and personnel conditions are confirmed.
PCBA & PARTNER DELIVERY / 04
Complete hardware delivery, or acoustic-core PCBA for secondary integration.
New Ark can support modular delivery and technical discussions around a partner's product form factor, interface plan, production cadence, and project responsibility. Final scope remains subject to project documentation, interface definition, and validation planning.
Complete-system reference
System-level delivery discussions around array nodes, EO/IR coordination, the project platform, and perimeter deployment conditions.
Acoustic-core PCBA
Acoustic acquisition, processing, interface, and reference-design discussions for partner secondary integration.
Field-validation path
Site boundaries, test planning, written authority, and project results inform final selection and deployment.
COMPLIANCE & DEPLOYMENT BOUNDARY / 05
Authority, licensing, communications protection, and field validation are prerequisites for solution discussion.
01Any RF, microwave, laser, or other controlled configuration requires applicable spectrum licensing, electromagnetic-compatibility assessment, and local regulatory review.
02The solution should protect civil communications, navigation, and public-network services. This public page provides no operating procedure or delivery-performance promise.
03Airports, energy and chemical sites, water infrastructure, ports, mining, high-security facilities, and authorised border or temporary-mission locations require site-safety processes and written authority before project deployment.
