ARCNEW ARK / ARC-PERIMETER · INDUSTRIAL SAFE-OFFSET REFERENCE

Safe-offset design enters critical-infrastructure low-altitude security:
New Ark releases the ARC/PERIMETER project reference.

Hong Kong New Ark Intelligent Technology Limited has released an ARC/PERIMETER project reference for high-risk industrial low-altitude security. Organised around the engineering path of defining a safe perimeter before discussing sensing and coordination, it supports early assessment for oil and gas, LNG, chemical, energy-storage, port, airport, and other authorised critical-infrastructure contexts.

RELEASE SUMMARY

Put hazardous areas, external safe buffers, and project accountability before system selection.

ARC/PERIMETER does not treat public technical material as an installation or field-outcome commitment. The reference starts with site hazardous-area classification, external safe-buffer locations, data interfaces, communications protection, and human authority. It then discusses coordination among distributed acoustic arrays, fibre sensing, EO/IR, RF information, and a project platform. Final configuration, mounting conditions, and validation objectives are confirmed by qualified project teams in written scope.

DESIGN PATH / 01

From safe-offset deployment to multi-sensor corroboration: an assessable project path.

The following modules are public project references, not fixed delivery scope for any site, equipment form, or operating condition.

01

Define perimeter and hazardous areas

Use site classification, operating constraints, and authorised boundaries to identify assessable external safe buffers before discussing nodes, cabling, power, communications, and maintenance.

02

Outer-perimeter passive information

Distributed microphone arrays can be an acoustic input layer for perimeter discovery and location assessment. Actual conditions depend on background noise, field of view, mounting, and validation.

03

Multi-sensor cross-corroboration

Fibre sensing, EO/IR, RF reception, radar, or other information sources may participate in event-level corroboration through compliant interfaces and project authority.

04

Platform records and role governance

A project platform may support visualisation, alert tiering, responsibility handoff, and event records. Any governed-response-related arrangement requires separate permission and human approval.

LAYERED PROJECT REFERENCE / 02

Organised by sensing, corroboration, and governance—not public operating or response procedures.

01 → 04 / PROJECT REFERENCE
01

Perimeter awareness layer

Discuss acoustic, fibre, or other passive information input in assessed external safe buffers to establish early project-level awareness.

02

Confirmation and coordination layer

Discuss EO/IR, RF reception, radar, or other sensor information for cross-confirmation based on site conditions, field of view, and data responsibility.

03

Governance and audit layer

Discuss alerts, roles, data retention, and third-party coordination within the project platform; no signal-control or execution parameter is made public.

04

Permissions and human authority

Any arrangement involving governed modules follows satisfaction of spectrum, aviation, site, EMC, and written-review conditions, then decision by authorised personnel.

DELIVERY & INTEGRATION / 03

Support for complete-project discussions and secondary integration of acoustic core modules.

Collaboration can address system boundaries, interface definition, engineering responsibility, and a validation plan. Specific material and support content are defined in written project scope.

01

Perimeter-system project reference

Support project discussions around perimeter awareness, cross-sensor corroboration, platform interfaces, and external safe-buffer deployment conditions.

02

Acoustic PCBA integration

Support partner discussions of acoustic acquisition, algorithm processing, and reference design after interface responsibility, test planning, and compliance needs are defined.

03

Site conditions and demonstration discussion

Authorised site-condition discussions, technical demonstrations, and field validation may be arranged by a project team according to a written plan.

COMPLIANCE & PROJECT BOUNDARY / 04

All public capability information is bounded by permission, site conditions, human authority, and written validation.

01Safe-offset design does not replace hazardous-area classification, equipment certification, fire-safety review, construction approval, or conclusions of qualified engineering teams.

02For RF, microwave, laser, or another governed capability, applicable spectrum, EMC, aviation-safety, site-permission, and local-regulation reviews must come first.

03This release provides no operating, execution, power, frequency, target-selection, navigation-control, or response procedure. It makes no performance or outcome guarantee for any site.
